EQUIPMENT RENTAL & LOAN

We offer a wide range of outdoor equipment and rental items for your next trip, event, or recreational activity. Here is a list of examples of what we offer:

Camping Gear: Chairs, cooking kits, stoves, coolers, tents, backpacks, sleeping pads, sleeping bags, coolers/water containers and GPS units.
Boating Gear: Canoes, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, PFDs/life jackets, wetsuits and dry bags.
Event Items: Folding chairs and tables, canopies, inflatable bounce houses, dunk tank and lawn games.
Sports and Recreational Gear: Footballs, volleyballs, soccer balls, basketballs, sports kits, disc golf sets, road bikes and helmets.
Lawncare, Tools, and Maintenance: Lawnmower and yard care tools, ladders, hand trucks/dollys and generators.
Snow Sports and Ski/Board Gear: Skis, boots, poles, snowboards, helmets, pants and bibs.

*Ski/Snowboard Rentals and Services are from 1 November to 1 April.

Equipment Rental Policy

Equipment items can be reserved daily or weekly. Prices are based on current availability of inventory and subject to change without notice. Full payment is due at the time of reservation. Price listed is per item or package.

Squadron or Unit Loan Program

Free equipment is loaned out only to squadrons assigned to Joint Base Andrews. The equipment is loaned out for one duty day, Monday-Friday only and between the hours of 9:00am-4:00pm. A letter of request must be submitted two weeks in advance and signed by the squadron Commander.
